Coronavirus: How we’re preparing
Throughout this evolving coronavirus pandemic, our first job remains to protect our customers and staff but still provide service to both residences and companies.
Here are the preparations we’ve made and the precautions we’ve taken.
We’re also limiting physical interactions between our employees and our customers:
- We are preparing to go back to full service May 8th.
- We urge our customers to take advantage our online service for orders and bill pay.
- Trucks will be making regular deliveries as usual and drivers will be mailing tickets to help eliminate contact in keeping with the practice of safe distancing.
We’ll keep monitoring the situation and changing our approach as needed. You depend on us and we’ll continue to deliver for you.
